A proven workforce initiative for state hospital associations and their member hospitals that helps keep hospitals staffed and eases the burden of temporary staffing.
In partnership with the South Carolina Hospital Resources (SCHR), MHA Solutions has developed MHA Staffing Services, a cooperative contracting program established to relieve hospitals of the administrative burdens and high costs associated with temporary staffing. It works with travel staffing agencies to provide nursing and allied health workers to participating hospitals based on standardized contracted terms and competitive rates.
MHA Staffing Services is designed to deliver a higher quality temporary workforce to our members, providing greater authority to the hospitals in the negotiating process, centralizing coordination and reducing administrative time and costs.
